*When listing with Marc VanZant, Marc VanZant guarantees that if your home is not sold within the 30th MLS day on Market, that Marc VanZant will continue to market the home & either pay the Seller $10,000 (or deduct $10,000 off the commission) upon successful sale of the property with Marc VanZant. To qualify for this offer, the following conditions must be met:

1) The property must be a minimum value of $700,000.00 as agreed by Marc VanZant & the Seller at the time of listing.
2) A four month listing agreement must be signed with the Seller
3) The listing price is set at a mutually agreed market value determined on the basis of market conditions and comparable homes.
4) The Seller agrees to permit Sales Representatives reasonable access to show the property on a daily basis to prospective purchases.
5) A 30 Day Guarantee Certificate must be signed by Marc VanZant & the Seller prior to the commencement date of the listing.
6) If the Seller received an offer at/above 98% of the list price within the first thirty (30) MLS days on market, and the Seller rejects said offer, the $10,000 guarantee shall be null and void.
